A Little Background

Two years ago I was searching for something, something that would help me to better cope with life and the stresses presented to me.  This is when I stumbled across the concept of mindfulness. 

Initially I was a little skeptical, it seemed too simple to work.  But after doing some research and putting a few mindfulness exercises into practice I realized there was something to this.  

That’s when I decided to challenge myself to be mindful for 7-days straight.  I put together some simple tasks that I would practice everyday, and stuck to them consistently.  By being mindful just a little bit each day I started to notice the positive changes that I had been reading about.

Whenever I feel like I am not living in the present moment, I revisit this course and get myself back on track.  The course that I created for myself, is exactly the same as I am offering you today.
