Natasha is a registered clinical social worker. Clinical social work is a specialised field that focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mental illness, emotional distress and behavioural disorders in adults.
In her private practice, Natasha provides psychotherapy, treatment, and support to individuals, families, and groups struggling and/or living with the impact of mental illness, emotional challenges, and addiction.
Natasha also works part-time for a Non-Profit Organisation where she offers screening, assessment, and outpatient treatment services to individuals and families struggling with drug and alcohol abuse and addiction.
Another aspect of her work includes the training and development of mental health professionals and other interested parties working in the addiction field, as well as, facilitating online and face-to-face mindfulness courses and workshops and providing psychoeducation
